Conference Fees

All rates include lunches and refreshments on all three days of the conference and dinner on Wednesday 31st August and Thursday 1st September.

On-campus bed and breakfast accommodation is now available to book during registration. There are a maximum of 95 rooms available on Wednesday 31st August and Thursday 1st September. Two nights must be booked and are priced at £75 per night, bookable on a first-come, first-served basis. For information on alternative hotels, please click here.

The conference will take place in the Ron Cooke Hub on the University of York’s Campus East (postcode YO10 5GE). The university webpages provide information for travellers.

Public transport from York city centre to Campus East is via the number 66 and 67 bus routes. This map of the routes may help in planning of accommodation options.

There is also an e-scooter scheme that connects the university and the city centre.
