Trade Exhibition
The trade exhibition will run in the main conference hall throughout the event. Exhibitors will include Arcadis, Enviresearch Ltd and Fera Science Ltd. For further details on exhibiting and a booking form, please contact sarah.welsh@mosaicevents.co.uk.

Conference Programme
The conference programme gives full timings for the schedule as well as the final ordering of oral and poster presentations. For presenters who are supporting two posters, these have been split so that there is one poster in each of Sessions A and B.
Information for authors of posters
There are two dedicated poster sessions at the conference. Poster display boards are approximately 1.8 m high x 1.2 m wide. It is recommended that posters are produced at A0 size and they should be in portrait orientation. The poster should include the title, authors etc on the poster (the boards will have the poster number, but all other information has to be communicated via the poster itself). Materials to attach posters to the boards will be available at the conference venue.
Information for oral presentations
All oral presentations are scheduled for strictly 15 minutes with 5 minutes for questions and answers. Please ensure that your presentation can be delivered within the 15-minute allocation. The conference lecture theatre holds 220 delegates, so slides should be designed to be readable in a large venue. All major presentation formats will be supported. You will have opportunity to send your presentation through to the conference in advance or to upload your presentation on arrival at the conference.
